Some people may be critical of Taylor Swift's vocal capabilities...but she has a BIG FAN in Austin, Texas. The other day while listening to "We are Never Ever Getting Back Together" in the car...Davis paused, looked at me, and very emphatically said "Taylor Swift. She is a GOOD singer." Ha.
He gets so happy when that song comes on. It's his jam. So, while we aren't necessarily telling his dad, we definitely bought the new Taylor Swift CD and jammed out to to it the whole way home tonight. He was so thrilled. The second the song came on, he looked at me in the rear view mirror, grinned, and his little hand began to strum his virtual guitar.
Sometimes that is all it takes.
It really is the small things that make life worth living.
